1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically process within 3-5 days (Monday-Friday) and transit time depends on your country.

2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Auoing is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, Auoing cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our return policy.

3.WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please pay with PayPal accepted credit cards. PayPal accepts credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, etc. 

4. HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

Why would you want to? Our Auoing fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you want, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any emails. 

5.HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from Auoing. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.
